Signature Obtained!

All I can say is that God provided a miracle.  I called several people yesterday morning and didn't hear back from a single one.  So - I started the chain again, but at the top.  It appears that my voicemail had prompted the director of licensing to go ahead and issue the license with the commissioner's signature (she wasn't out of town...hmmmm).  I must say I gushed like he was Justin Beiber.  Well, to me he was a ROCK STAR!!  I picked up the signed child-placing agency license this morning!!!
