We did receive new medical info on Evan and two pictures (same ones we've already seen - bummer). And also there was a new paper that needed to be signed, sealed and delivered (with all the appropriate seals). It is a travel memo and it is new for our region of Russia. It basically says that we've looked at the medical information and our wanting to travel to Russia to meet this child. Supposedly this must be done in order for travel dates to be issued.
Therefore, Levi and I changed our schedule to do the apostille route today! It is much more difficult when toting around a 35 pound child who likes to crumple paper. But we accomplished it without even creasing a paper!! And stopped at Checkers, so he could get some of his favorite fries!
